2026 CM Teen Worker Application

I appreciate your interest in serving as a Teen Worker at the 2026 Florida District Children's Camps!
We refer to this as our "Camp within a Camp," and all teen workers must be 15 - 20 years old. They will receive ministry training and assist camp staff.

Junior Camp for 8-10 year olds - June 8th - June 12th.
Crusaders Camp for 11-12 year olds - June 15th - June 19th.

Please note - you will need to download the "Pastoral Consent Form 2026" form (from the CM website) and have it signed by both the parent(s) and your pastor. You must download the current form from fldistrictchildrensministry.com. You will need to upload a digital copy of the signed form with this registration via the provided link.

All applicants must stay at camp the entire week.

There is a $50 teen worker's camp registration fee for all applicants per camp.
You will be emailed a payment form link upon acceptance of your completed application.

Please do not come to camp unless you are contacted.
